The International Spine Foundation (ISF) believes in an integrated, holistic approach to improved spine health: ISF is dedicated to the sharing of spine surgery technology, expertise and care to patients and to teaching spinal deformity surgery in developing countries. Our mission is to improve the quality of life to children and young adults through surgical interventions and related activities that strengthen underserved communities in developing countries.
ISF offers advanced spine care and training to people at the highest risk, always working to strengthen local physicians knowledge and training to promote self-reliance. We partner with leaders in spine technology and equipment to bring much needed advance techniques and supplies that would not normally be available to these young patients.
There are many ways to support the International Spine Foundation with their goals to bring healthy spine care to those who would otherwise be unable to afford it. Offering your time and talent to treat and teach others is a big commitment yet nothing is quite as rewarding.
Donations of supplies and monetary support is also greatly appreciated. This enables the volunteers to perform these much needed surgeries and also teach the doctors in the area how to continue treatment plans and to treat other patients throughout the year. Lending a hand to others is how we will make the world a better place for everyone.
